Jimmy and Harvey just finished installing a new gas package unit for me. The install went smoothly and the fit and finish of the ductwork, electrical, gas/condensate line are superb. I had trouble finding reviews of Bull City Heating and Cooling with regards to new installs so I was a bit anxious at first. Hopefully this positive review will be useful to others. I can tell this company takes pride in their work and will do things right the first time. There are many HVAC contractors but it’s rare that you’ll find the owner in the field troubleshooting and performing installations. Their diagnosis is honest and their pricing is very competitive.

Heat was out this morning and Jimmy got it working again! Even though it turned out to be just a faulty switch he took the time to take apart and look inside the unit to look for additional problems that could be potential safety issues. Will use their services again!

He gave us a simple no nonsense quote, and completed the work on schedule. His installation work was second to none, and the new unit and thermostat work perfectly. On the first real cold snap of the year, with morning temperatures in the 40s, I woke up to a very cold house. My heating system was not working. I placed a call to Bull City HVAC and within 15 minutes my call was returned. Thirty minutes later, the technician was at my house. The problem was diagnosed and I was given an incredibly detailed explanation of the issues and the scope of work needed. In the past, I have had other technicians tell me that my unit needed to be replaced because of its age. Jimmy explained the issues and assured me that there was no need to replace my unit. I don’t think I’ve ever had faster, more efficient service, ever. I highly recommend Bull City HVAC.
